Year 5 at Go Ape: Building Resilience and Teamwork

During our class trip to Go Ape, Year 5 stepped out of our comfort zones and into the treetops for a day of high-altitude adventure and team building!

- Tackling Challenges: Up in the canopy, we faced wobbly rope bridges, zip lines, and tricky obstacles. When some of us felt nervous about the height, our classmates cheered us on, helping us build real resilience to keep going and finish the course.

- Communication and Compassion: Down on the ground, we took part in collaborative team games that required careful listening and clear instructions. If someone struggled, we showed compassion by encouraging them, working together as a team to solve puzzles, and making sure everyone felt included and safe.

It was an unforgettable day that taught us how much we can achieve when we support one another!
